Diocesan Bishop

-The Diocese of Morogoro is under the care of the Rt.Rev.Telesphor Mkude.  

- Bishop Telesphor Mkude  was born November 30, 1945 at Pinde Village in Mgeta Parish, Diocese of Morogoro. He was ordained Priest of the Diocese of Morogoro on 16 July 1972. He was appointed  Bishop of Tanga on 28 Jan 1988, consecrated Bishop of Tanga on 26 April 1988.   He was named Bishop of Diocese of Morogoro on 19 April 1993, and installed on 13 June 1993.
